Account Settings
Making changes to payments, subscriptions and pages you have access to
Login to Operabase and click on your image / avatar / initials on the top right.
Click on Account Settings to view and make changes to information associated with your account.
Login & Security
Use this section to update your general settings as well as change your password.
Subscriptions
Details on your subscriptions are displayed here. Only active subscriptions are shown in the subscriptions list. Click on "Manage subscription" to make changes to your subscription including:
- Updating your payment method
- Updating your billing information - update your billing country for regulatory and invoicing purposes. Moreover, you can add your VAT and billing address to display on the invoice. We validate this information for regulatory purposes. For further reading on this regulation, click here.
- Viewing your invoices and receipts
- Cancelling your subscription
For coupons, please follow the steps below:
- Once you've logged in are in the Edit section of your profile, click on the "Upgrade" banner at the top of the page.
- Select the plan
- On the next screen, add the promotion code and your preferred payment method and click "Subscribe"
Page management
This shows an overview of all pages you have access to. You can switch over to the respective pages.
Access requests - any requests to access your profile will be displayed here. You can accept/decline the request.
Email preferences
Industry professionals and artist managers have the ability to manage information on their Operabase profile. Please note that certain features are paid.
