Adding a Concert, Recital or Gala

When you know the programme

1. Log in and click Manage profile.
2. Scroll to Performance credits.
3. Click Add production and search using today's date in both the From and To fields, to see the Create new production button.
4. Add a custom title, for example the title of the concert, recital or gala, plus the production genre and staging type.
5. Click Add programme (musical work details) and specify each musical work performed.
6. Select the producer of the production, and add a website link under Tickets & sale dates.
7. Select the performance date or dates, and add your name and role to the cast, crew or instrumentalist section for each work you performed in.
8. Add videos, images, ticket links and any other details across the other tabs, then publish.

To request a red mask, click Request red mask next to your production card and upload at least one piece of proof, for example a link to the official production page. Our team will review your request.
