# Adding a Production with an Unannounced or Partial Programme
## Keeping your Operabase profile up-to-date is crucial for accurately showcasing your career. Make sure to add any missing performances and review new information regularly.
To add a production with unannounced or partially announced musical works:
1. Log in and click Manage profile.
2. Scroll to Performance credits and click Add production.
3. Use the checkbox "Programme not / partially announced." Use this only when the programme is yet to be announced or has been partially announced; it is particularly useful for concerts, galas and recitals.
While this flag is on, the production won't be easily discovered in Performance search and the Casting Tool, since it is incomplete. Once the full programme is released, return to the production and use "Add programme (musical work details)" to add every musical work performed, and add artists correctly under Cast & Crew, associating each performer with the correct role for each musical work in the programme. This is what makes artists findable in the Casting Tool.
You can remove the "Programme not / partially announced" flag only once no artists are listed under the "Programme not announced" tab in Cast & Crew.
Until the programme is added, the production appears under the "Programme missing" filter in Performance credits; it is not hidden, but is labelled as missing on production cards, production pages and quick view. Operabase shows these productions with the correct label rather than hiding them, to keep the information accurate and up to date.
