Adding a Production with an Unannounced or Partial Programme

To add a production with missing or partially announced musical works:

1. Log in and click Edit on your organisation page.
2. Go to the Seasons tab and click Add production.
3. Use the checkbox "Programme not / partially announced." Use this only when the programme is not yet fully announced; it is particularly useful for concerts, galas and recitals.

While this flag is on, the production won't be easily discovered in Performance search, since the performed works are missing. Once the full programme is released, return to the production and use "Add programme (musical work details)" to add every musical work performed, and add artists correctly under Cast & Crew, associating each performer with the correct role for each work. This is what makes artists findable in the Casting Tool.

You can remove the "Programme not / partially announced" flag only once no artists remain listed under the "Programme not announced" tab in Cast & Crew.
