How do I add an artist to our roster?

Login to Operabase and click on your image / avatar / logo on the top right and click on your agency page.

On your agency page, click Add artist to the roster.

Type the full name of the artist and review the results. If the artist's name does not appear, you will need to add them to Operabase. See more details below.

Once you have added the artist, proceed to add representation details and update once you've completed this step.

How do I delete an artist to from roster?

Login to Operabase and click on your image / avatar / logo on the top right and click on your agency page.

On your roster, you will see a list of artists and on the right of each and option to Edit or a bin for deleting.

Click on the bin icon and confirm your selection to remove the artist from your roster. Once you have confirmed, the artist will no longer be listed on your agency roster.

How do I add a new artist to Operabase? 

To add a new artist to Operabase, go to your roster and click Add artist to the roster.

Search for their name and if it doesn't show up you will see an option to Add new artist.

Fill out the details on the following page and validate. Confirm the addition by clicking Create and add to roster.

Please note that it will take a few days for our team to validate the new artist added to the database.

Why do some artists on our roster have a photo and others do not?

One of the benefits of having an Operabase PRO artists subscription is having your photo displayed in various sections on the website. All artists that have a PRO subscription, have the option to add a photo beside their name.
