How do I add an artist to our roster?
- Login to Operabase: Click on your image/avatar/logo at the top right and click “Update roster”
- Add Artist: On your agency page, click "Add artist to the roster"
- Search for the Artist: Type the full name of the artist and review the results.
- If the artist's name does not appear, you will need to add them to Operabase. (See details below.)
- Add Representation Details: Once you have added the artist, proceed to add representation details and update the information.
How do I delete an artist to from roster?
- Login to Operabase: Click on your image/avatar/logo at the top right and click “Update roster”
- Locate the Artist: On your roster, find the artist you want to delete.
- Delete the Artist: Click on the bin icon next to the artist's name and confirm your selection to remove them from your roster. The artist will no longer be listed on your agency roster.
How do I add a new artist to Operabase?
- Access Your Roster: Go to your roster and click "Add artist to the roster"
- Search for the Artist: If the artist's name doesn't show up, you will see an option to "Add new artist"
- Fill Out Details: Complete the form with the artist’s details and validate.
- Confirm Addition: Click "Create and add to roster"
- Note: It will take a few days for our team to validate the new artist added to the database.
