# Archive Access: What's Included
Archive Access gives you access to our full performance archive, with basic search and limited filters, ideal for looking up programme details and performance history across theatres. It is designed for audience members, journalists and researchers who want to search our records, rather than for professional casting. ### **What you get**
- Search our full performance archive
- Look up programme details and past performances across theatres and organisations
- View every production and every role an artist has performed, production by production
- Basic filters and date ranges to narrow your search
### **What's not included**
A few things are reserved for Pro Tools subscriptions (Organisation Premium, or Casting Tool & Talent Search), which are designed for in-depth analysis, filtering and professional casting research. Archive Access is built for occasional lookups, not day-to-day casting workflows; if you are casting productions regularly, an Organisation Premium or Casting Tool & Talent Search plan will save significant time with full repertoire summaries, contact details and all filters in one place.
### **Frequently asked questions**
#### **Can I see an artist's full repertoire with Archive Access?**
Not as a single summary. You can see every role they have performed, but you will need to open each production individually rather than viewing one consolidated list.
#### **Why can't I see contact or agency details?**
Contact and agency information is reserved for Organisation Premium or Casting Tool & Talent Search subscriptions, which are built for active casting and outreach.
#### **Is Archive Access right for casting?**
It can be used for casting research, but it is not optimised for it. If you are casting regularly, an Organisation Premium or Casting Tool & Talent Search plan will be significantly more efficient.
#### **How do I upgrade?**
You can upgrade to an Organisation subscription or Casting Tool & Talent Search at any time from your account settings, or by contacting our support team.
