Artists can now add and update their agency details to accurately reflect whom casting directors should get in touch with.
The new features enables artists to keep their contact details up-to-date and define the representation details. All additions / changes made by artists to the agency section on their profile will trigger a notification that will be sent to the agency.
If an artist adds themselves to your agency, you will have the option to accept or decline the addition to your roster. If you accept, the artist will appear on your roster where you can specify the representation details.
If an artist edits the representation details, you will have the option to accept or decline the action. If you accept, the representation details will be updated for that artist on your roster.
If an artist removes or hides the representation details, you will receive a notification on this action. If it is an error, please email us on contact@operabase.com

This update for artists to update their agency and contact information is to ensure that their contact details are correct and they / their agency can be contacted by casting professionals using the Operabase casting tool.
