# Cast & Crew, Media & Additional Details
As an artist, this is where you manage your own credit and the surrounding media on a production you are part of.
### **Cast & Crew**
List all members involved in the production: cast, crew, instrumentalists and ensembles (orchestras, choruses, ballets and similar). If a role or profession doesn't appear, add it to the production. If there are multiple works in the production, use Apply to other musical works where relevant, or switch between tabs to add cast, crew, instrumentalists and ensembles individually.
"Add to all performance dates" automatically adds a person to every date the production runs. This box is selected by default when you add a new artist; if you are adding several artists to one role, uncheck it after the first so it doesn't apply to all of them. Make sure to select all dates for any ensembles you add. If a date isn't selected for an artist, the production won't appear in their schedule or repertoire.
### **Production videos**
Add trailers and videos to enhance the audience experience, by pasting a link or uploading a file, with as much detail as possible including video credits. See our video guidelines article.

Add photos by pasting a link or uploading a file, with as much detail as possible including photographer credits. See our photo guidelines article.
### **Reviews**
Add reviews to provide insight into the production's quality.
### **Production synopsis**
Include a brief overview and a detailed synopsis of the production.
### **Production booklet**
Upload the programme, if available.
### **Quick tips**
- Add at least one musical work.
- Specify the organisation that produced the production.
- Add a website URL and ticket link.
- Add all planned performance dates, with time and venue for each.
- Add everyone involved, at least the conductor, stage director and main roles, with performance dates marked.
- Click Publish.
