How do I search for a theatre, opera house, or festival?

• Go to www.operabase.com and click Organisations in the main navigation
• Search by name using the search bar, or use the filters to browse by type, country, or city
• Click on an organisation's name or logo to go to their page

What's available on an organisation's page?

An organisation page on Operabase includes:

• Current and upcoming season — productions announced for the current and future seasons, with dates, cast, and ticket links where available
• Past productions — the organisation's full production history on Operabase
• Live streams and video on demand — streaming content added by the organisation, including full performances, trailers, and behind-the-scenes videos
• Photos — production photography and organisation images
• Reviews — press coverage linked to the organisation's productions
• Organisation info — background about the company, including its history and artistic mission
• Contact and box office details — how to reach the organisation directly
• Rentals — if the organisation offers costume, set, or score rentals, these are listed here
• Team — key artistic and administrative staff where provided

How do I find tickets for a specific organisation's performances?

From the organisation page, click on any production in their season listing. If tickets are available, you will see a Tickets button on the production page that redirects you to the organisation's own box office. Operabase does not sell tickets directly — all transactions are handled by the organisation.

How do I watch a live stream from an organisation?

If the organisation has added streaming content, you will find it on their organisation page or on the individual production page. Click the streaming link to be redirected to their platform. See the Live Streams & Video on Demand article for more detail.
