Video Guidelines

Your organisation page's video section has three parts.

Livestream & full performance videos

Show or hide videos here. They are attached to a production in your season, so they display on your organisation page and on the profiles of the artists who were part of the cast and crew, maximising visibility.

To add: log in, click Edit, select the Seasons section, and add your livestream or full performance video link directly to the production in your season.

Video clips, trailers & season announcements

Show, hide, add, edit and delete short clips or general videos, such as excerpts, trailers, behind-the-scenes footage and season trailers.

To add: log in, click Edit, select the Videos section, and either add your video link directly to a production, or click Add video, insert a link or upload a file, then click Add. Fill in the details and select whether the video should appear as a general company video, or be attached to a specific production (searchable by musical work), in which case it will also show on the profiles of all artists who took part.

Featuring a video on the media widget

1. Log in and click Edit.
2. Go to the Organisation Info section.
3. Add the video under "Video about your organisation" and check "Mark video as primary on media widget."

Production videos

Show/hide and add videos here, using the same steps as above (add directly to the production in the Seasons section, or via the Videos section and attach to a production). To delete a video, go to the Seasons section, find the production, and delete the video from the section it was added to (Production poster & trailer, or Production videos).
