Videos added to your company or festival page are displayed across the Operabase platform and visibile to 2 million global users in 31 languages. Not only do the videos you add appear on your company / festival page but also on artist profiles if they have participated in the production.
The video section is divided as follows:
Livestream & Full performance videos
Under the Livestream & Full performance videos section, you can:
- Show / Hide videos
- Videos in this section are attached to a production in your season. Not only will they display on your company page but also on artist profiles who were part of the cast and crew, thus maximising visibility. The videos are also listed in the Videos tab on Operabase and are accessible to audience members.

To add videos to this section, you will need to:
- Log in to your Operabase account and go to your page
- Click Edit and select the Schedule tab
- Add your live stream or full performance video link directly to the production in your season
Video clips, trailers & season announcements
Under the Video clips, trailers & season announcements section, you can:
- Show / Hide videos
- Add videos
- Edit videos
- Delete videos
- Reorder videos - use the drag and drop feature to move videos around and arrange them in the preferred order
To add videos to this section, you will need to:
- Log in to your Operabase account and go to your page
- Click Edit and select the Schedule tab
- Add your video link directly to the production on your schedule or,
- Add the video directly to this section:
- Click Add video
- Insert a link or upload a video then click Add
- Fill in the details and select which section you’d like the video to appear. If you select Add to company video, the video will be displayed as a general video clip. If you select Add to a production you can search the musical work that you want to attach the video to and it will be displayed under production videos and on the profiles of all artists who participated in that production.

Production videos
Under the Production videos section, you can:

To add videos to this section, you will need to:
- Log in to your Operabase account and go to your page

- Add your video link directly to the production on your schedule or,
- Add the video directly to this section:
- Click Add video
- Insert a link or upload a video then click Add
- Fill in the details and select which section you’d like the video to appear. If you select Add to company video, the video will be displayed as a general video clip. - To delete a video from this section:
- Click the Seasons tab and search for the production that has the video
- Delete the video from the section it was added either Production poster & trailer or Production videos
