This section allows you to list important contact information for your organisation, including physical address, phone numbers, email addresses, and box office details.
How to Add Contact Information:
- Log in to your Operabase account.
- Click on “Edit” on your profile.
- Navigate to the “Contact & Box Office” tab.
- Add your contact details under the following categories:
- Contact Information: Include your organisation's address details.
- General Contact Information: Add general email addresses and phone numbers (you can add more than one).
- Box Office Details: Provide direct box office ticket links for easy checkout on your website, along with an email address, phone number, and website link.
5. Adjust the visibility settings as needed.
The information you add here will be displayed on your organisation's page and under the “Contact” tab, ensuring visitors can easily reach out to you and purchase tickets directly.
