Contact & Box Office

This section allows you to list important contact information for your organisation, including physical address, phone numbers, email addresses, and box office details.

How to add contact information

  1. Log in and click Edit on your organisation page
  2. Go to the Contact & Box Office section.
  3. Add your details under Contact Information (your organisation's address), General Contact Information (email addresses and phone numbers; you can add more than one), and Box Office Details (direct ticket links, plus an email, phone number and website link).
  4. Adjust the visibility settings as needed.

What you add here appears on your organisation's page and under the Contact Info section, so visitors can reach you and purchase tickets directly.

Can I add more than one box office or contact email?

Yes. Both General Contact Information and Box Office Details support multiple entries, so you can list separate contacts for general enquiries, group bookings, or a specific festival strand, for example.

Why isn't my box office information showing?

Check the visibility setting on that field, and that you clicked Save after adding the details. If it still isn't showing, email contact@operabase.com and we'll take a look.

How do I update contact or box office details once they're live?

Go back into Edit, then Contact & Box Office, at any time; changes take effect as soon as you save them, with no review step required.
