Getting Started with Your Organisation Page
This article will guide you through editing/updating your Operabase organisation page.
To access and manage your organisation page, log in using your official organisation or work email domain, then select your organisation from the dropdown menu under your profile photo in the top right corner. This takes you straight to the Edit section.
Accessing your organisation page
- Log in to your Operabase account.
- Click your profile photo/email address in the top right corner.
- Select your organisation page from the dropdown. You'll be redirected to the Edit section, where you can manage and update information.
What you can manage in Edit
Each of these has its own article:
- Seasons — add, edit, show/hide, and review productions (see our Seasons article).
- Rentals — list sets, costumes, and scores available to rent (see our Rentals article).
- Videos and Photos — see our Managing videos and Managing photos articles.
- Reviews — see our Managing Reviews article.
- Organisation Info — name, logo, cover photo, and description (see our Organisation Info article).
- Team — add and manage who has access to your page (see our Managing Your Team article).
- Contact & Box Office — see our Contact & Box Office article.
- Digital Presence — see our Digital presence article.
Venues
List all venues associated with your organisation, including any you own, manage or use often. These appear under the Venues tab on your page, and under Venues on Operabase, where users can search for productions by venue.
Marking a default venue
Mark a single venue as your primary one. When adding a production to your season, this venue is selected automatically unless you specify another.
Adding a venue
Search the database for existing venues before adding a new one, by selecting the country and city and typing the venue name to see matching results.
Associated organisations
Link other organisations associated with yours by clicking "Add organisation." You can add or remove multiple organisations here; this displays under the media widget on your page and links through to each organisation's Operabase page.
