      Managing photos

      Operabase allows you to showcase upcoming production photos, including rehearsals and production posters.

      The photo section is divided into two categories: profile photos and production photos.

      Profile Photos

      Profile photos represent your organisation and do not necessarily need to be related to a specific production.

      To add or change your profile photos:

      1. Log in to your Operabase account and click on "Edit."
      2. Navigate to the “Photos” tab
      3. Click on “Add photo”
      4. Upload a photo from your device and click “Add.”
      5. Make sure to adhere to our photo guidelines for specifications.

      Production Photos


      Production photos are associated with specific productions in your season and are displayed on the production page.

      1. Log in to your Operabase account and click on "Edit."
      2. Navigate to the “Photos” tab and scroll down to the “Production photos” section
      3. Click on “Add photo”
      4. Upload a photo from your device and click “Add”
      5. Associate the photo with a production in your season
      6. Make sure to adhere to our photo guidelines for specifications.

      To update your organisation's logo, please refer to the “Organisation Info” section.
