      Managing videos

      You can add various types of videos to your Operabase organisation page. These videos are categorised into different sections.

      1. Understanding Video Categories:

      • Livestream & Full Performance Videos: Recordings of live performances or full-length productions.
      • Video Clips, Trailers & Season Announcements: Short clips or general videos showcasing excerpts from productions, trailers, behind-the-scenes moments, and season trailers.
      • Production Videos: Videos associated with specific productions in your season, linked to the production page.

      2. SHOW/HIDE:

      Control the visibility of videos with the SHOW/HIDE toggle. This allows you to choose which videos are displayed to visitors on your page.

      3. Displaying Videos on the Media Widget:

      To have a video appear on the media widget of your overview page, follow these steps:

      1. Log in to your Operabase account and click on "Edit."
      2. Navigate to the "Organisation Info" tab.
      3. Add the video under “Video about your organisation.”
      4. Select the checkbox “Mark video about as primary on media widget.”

      By following these steps, your selected video will be prominently displayed on your organisation's overview page, enhancing visibility and engagement with your audience.
