Your agency & representation info

All artists can update their agency representation details.

You can:

  • Add an agency that represents you
  • Edit representation details of an existing agency
  • Edit the visibility settings of the agency/agencies on your profile
  • Delete agency representation. This removes you from the agency roster, essentially deleting your association with the agency, which means that the agency will not be visible on the Casting Tool as one of your contacts.

The Casting Tool shows ALL approved agencies that have the artist on their roster.

To add an agency to your profile, follow these steps:

  1.  Click on Add Agency and search for the agency on our database.

If the agency is on Operabase:

  1. Select the agency and select in the capacity in which the agency represents you (i.e. voice type / profession)
  2. Click the dropdown arrow and add the representation details as well as the agency representative.
  3. Click Save.

Please note that if you add yourself to an agency, it will not be visible until the agency has confirmed the addition and added you to their roster.

If the agency isn’t on Operabase:

  1. Type in the name of the agency, if no results are found, click Add new agency
  2. Fill in the full name of the agency and include their website then click Add
  3. Select in the capacity in which the agency represents you (i.e. voice type / profession)
  4. Click the dropdown arrow and add the representation details as well as the agency representative.

Please note that the newly added agency won’t be visible until our team has validated it which may take some time.
