How does Operabase generate my repertoire?

The Roles & Repertoire section on your profile is generated automatically from published productions in your schedule. Once you complete a performance, it appears in your repertoire within about 24 hours. Upcoming engagements show separately under Upcoming Performances, marked "Announced"; this also applies to cover (understudy) engagements with recorded performance dates.

For a role to generate correctly, the production must include performance dates, and your artist profile must be assigned to the specific dates you performed. If dates aren't assigned correctly, the role may not appear in your repertoire, performance history, insights, graphs or Casting Tool results.

Why don't I see a role I've performed in my repertoire?

Before contacting support, check that: the production is added to your schedule, not in drafts, published, not hidden, and not marked as cancelled; dates are added; your correct artist profile (not a duplicate) is part of the cast in the correct role; your performance dates are specified in Cast & Crew; and you are assigned to the specific dates you performed, which is required for repertoire generation.

How do I add to my repertoire?

Your repertoire is auto-generated from your performance history. To add a role you haven't yet performed, use Add future repertoire; see our Future Repertoire article for details.

I have a role I don't want to perform anymore. How do I remove it?

Mark the role as "Retired" to indicate you are no longer interested in being cast in it (by default, auto-generated entries are "Active", meaning you can still be cast in them). You can also change its visibility to "Private".
