Viewing Your Profile When Logged Out
When you are logged out and viewing your profile, you will see several buttons across the top:
- Tickets: Redirects people to your upcoming performances where ticket links have been added. Users can view details on your upcoming performances and purchase tickets.
- Watch: Redirects users to livestream and video-on-demand links that are added to productions on your profile.
- Share: Allows users to share your profile with others on social media and email. It also displays your next performance date.
- FAQs: Provides answers to frequently asked questions about artist profiles, agency, and organisation pages.
- View in Casting Tool: This feature is available for those with an Operabase Casting Tool subscription. To access this view, you must be subscribed to Operabase with a Casting Tool subscription. To find out more about the Operabase Casting Tool, click here.
Viewing Your Profile When Logged In
When you log in to Operabase, you will view your profile in Edit mode. This mode reflects the current subscription of your artist profile and helps you identify any information that needs to be added or updated.
Key Features in Edit Mode
- Add Information: If any section of your profile lacks information, you will see an “Add” button.
- Profile Insights: Insights about your profile will be displayed. Click on them to see a breakdown by country.
- Pending Action Section: This section shows the number of notifications and actions that need your review.
Switching to Preview Mode
- Preview Mode: Click on “Preview” to see how your profile appears to the public, including audience members and casting professionals.
Comparison Between Modes
- Edit Mode: Allows you to compare, add, and update information on your profile in real-time.
- Preview Mode: Shows the public view of your profile, as seen by audience members and casting professionals.
Tips for Using Edit & Preview Modes
- Regularly review your profile in Edit mode and add any missing information.
- Use Preview mode to see how your profile looks publicly. This helps ensure casting professionals and audience members see the most accurate and complete version of your profile.
