Navigating Organisation Pages on Operabase
Operabase has introduced updates to the organisation pages to enhance user experience. These changes aim to make information easily accessible and improve display. This article will guide you through the revamped organisation pages, their features, and how to use them effectively.
Tabs for Easy Navigation:
On each organisation page, you'll find tabs that allow you to access the information most relevant to you. The available tabs include Overview, Seasons, Calendar, Videos, Photos, Reviews, Venues, About, Contact, and Production Rentals.
Number of Upcoming Performances:
At the top of the page, you can immediately see the number of upcoming performances scheduled at that specific theatre. To access all performance dates, you can click the "View all dates" option.
Ticket / Watch Options:
If you click on "Ticket / Watch Options," a pop-up window will appear, redirecting you to your preferred option for purchasing tickets or watching performances.

Overview:
Provides a general overview of the organisation, including details about the organisation, venues, contact and box office information, upcoming performance dates, livestream & VOD options, videos, photos, reviews, and a section dedicated to company seasons. Information is organised for easy viewing, and you can filter upcoming performance dates to suit your search.
Seasons:
In this tab, you can view all available season information for the organisation, with filter options for upcoming performances.
Calendar:
Displays upcoming performances in list form, offering details about the dates, musical work names, company, director, conductor, cast members, and venue. You can switch between a production list view and a date view using the toggle button. In addition, you can use the filters to narrow your search.
Videos:
Presents livestream & VOD content, organisation videos, and upcoming production videos, including behind-the-scenes footage and trailers. Filter options are available to refine your search.
Photos:
Features upcoming production photos, including rehearsals and production posters. Filters can be used to narrow your search.
Reviews:
Provides access to past production reviews, with filters to help you find specific information.
Venues:
Displays a map of the location of the venue or venues associated with the organisation.
About:
Offers brief details about the organisation.
Contact:
Lists general contact information, including box office details, phone numbers, email, website, and social media links.
Production Rentals:
This section shows details of all productions available for rent, with filters to narrow your search. Each production available for rent includes information about its premiere date, director, and what is available for rent (sets, costumes, scores). Click "View Contact" to access more information about the rental contact person at the organisation.
