Adding & Updating Your Performance Credits

Can I send you my performance updates for you to add to my profile?

Email submissions are no longer processed. To ensure consistency and proper verification, all updates must be submitted directly through your Operabase profile using the "Quick Add", “Add Production” or “Edit” options.

Please log in and add your production along with supporting evidence (such as a programme or a link showing the full cast, dates, and venue).

Why do I need to update my performances myself?

Operabase is used by casting professionals, artistic administrators, and producers around the world. To maintain accuracy and reliability, all artists are now responsible for managing their own performance credits directly through their profiles.

How do I add or edit a production?

1. Log in to your Operabase profile

2. Click on Manage profile

3. Go to the Performance Credits section

4. Click “Add Production” (or choose an existing one to edit)

5. Upload clear evidence (see below)

6. Submit the production for our team to review

What kind of evidence do I need to include?

To approve your submission, we need proof that confirms the full production details, including:

• The producing company’s official branding

• A full cast and crew list

• Venue name, dates, and times of the performance

You can upload:

• A URL linking directly to the production (not just the company website)

• An official programme (PDF or image) with the above details

• A contract may support your role, but it must be paired with full production evidence

If the evidence is unclear or incomplete, your submission may be rejected.

I’ve added a production before, why was it removed?

We regularly review all production entries for accuracy. If no valid evidence is available, we may remove or hide entries to ensure Operabase remains a trusted platform for industry professionals.
