Common questions related to subscription and billing on Operabase.

Where can I view my subscriptions?

To view your active subscriptions:

  1. Click your profile photo or initials in the top right corner

  2. Go to Account settings

  3. Select the Subscriptions tab

Only active subscriptions will be displayed in this section.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click your profile photo or initials in the top right corner

  2. Go to Account settings

  3. Select the Subscriptions tab

  4. Click Manage subscription

  5. You will be redirected to the secure billing portal

  6. Click Cancel subscription and confirm

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after cancellation.

How do I update my billing details or invoice information?

Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be edited. However, you can update your billing details for future invoices:

  1. Go to Account settings

  2. Select Subscriptions

  3. Click Manage subscription

  4. In the billing portal, go to Billing information

  5. Click Update information

  6. Edit your:

    • Name (or organisation name)

    • Address

    • Tax ID (if applicable)
