Common questions related to subscription and billing on Operabase.
Where can I view my subscriptions?
To view your active subscriptions:

Click your profile photo or initials in the top right corner

Go to Account settings

Select the Subscriptions tab
Only active subscriptions will be displayed in this section.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel your subscription:

Go to Account settings

Select the Subscriptions tab

Click Manage subscription

You will be redirected to the secure billing portal

Click Cancel subscription and confirm
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after cancellation.
How do I update my billing details or invoice information?
Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be edited. However, you can update your billing details for future invoices:

Go to Account settings

Select Subscriptions

Click Manage subscription

In the billing portal, go to Billing information

Click Update information

Edit your:
-
Name (or organisation name)
-
Address
-
Tax ID (if applicable)

If you need changes to an already issued invoice, please contact support.
What plans are available?

How much does a subscription cost?
Subscription prices vary depending on the plan selected. For more on available plans, please see here.
Can I get a refund?
Operabase subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can view your next billing date and manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting Account Settings → Manage Subscription.
As per our subscription and payment terms, we are unable to issue refunds for the current subscription period.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Your profile and information remain on Operabase.
- You will continue to have access to your account and certain profile editing features.
- Premium features included with your subscription will no longer be available after the subscription expires.
Can I pause my subscription?
Subscriptions cannot currently be paused.
If you no longer require a subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew automatically.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Invoices and receipts are automatically sent to the email address associated with the subscription. If you need another copy, please contact support.
I was charged but can't access premium features. What should I do?
If your payment was successful but premium features are not available:
- Log out of your account and log back in.
- Check that you are accessing the correct profile or organisation linked to the subscription.
- Confirm that the subscription appears as active under Account Settings → Subscriptions.
If the issue persists, please contact Operabase Support and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your subscription type
- A copy of the payment receipt or invoice
