Updating Account Information
What can I update/change in account settings?
You can view your general information associated with your Operabase Professional account in your account settings, including:
- Changing/updating your password, preferred language, email and phone number
- Manage your subscription
- Review pages to which you have access and review any pending access requests
- Update your email preferences
How can I delete my profile?
Operabase serves as an archive in the public interest for the purposes of research, etc. This implies that although your personal data will be kept for the purposes of archiving, your personal data may only be accessed for purposes in the public interest based on a specific assessment.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your Operabase account
- Click on the avatar or initials in the top right
- Click on “Account settings”
- Go to “Login & Security”
- Change your password and save
I’ve forgotten my password. Please help.
If you've forgotten your password for your Operabase account, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Operabase login page.
- Below the login form, you'll see an option that says "Forgot password?" Click on it.
- You'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Operabase account. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”
- Check your email inbox for a message from Operabase. This email will contain a link to reset your password.
- Click on the password reset link in the email. You'll be taken to a page where you can create a new password for your account. Please note that the link in the email expires.
- Choose a strong and secure password, enter it in the provided fields, and confirm it.
