Editing, Removing & Correcting a Production
Why isn’t a production I added appearing on my profile?
There are a few checks that you can do to ensure that the production you have added appears. Check the following:
- The production is published and not in drafts
- The producer of the production has been specified
- Performance dates have been added
- Dates that you will perform are indicated
If you have added the production and included evidence links, and then clicked "Save," the production should appear under the Performances tab in your profile edit view. If it does not appear, there are two likely reasons:
- Validation in Progress: The production may currently be under internal review before it becomes visible.
- Missing Evidence: If no supporting links or documentation were provided, the production may have been removed, as we are unable to verify unconfirmed entries.
Please ensure that evidence (such as links to official websites, programmes, reviews, or announcements) is always included when adding new productions.
How do I remove a production that I have not performed in from my profile.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Performance Credits.

Select the production you wish to edit and remove your name from the cast / crew list.

Once you have done this, click on Submit changes, provide evidence and we will review the change and update after verification of this change.
The information on a production is incorrect. How can I fix it?
