Verified performances (red mask)
Understanding Red Masks and Performance Verification on Operabase
Red and Grey Masks Explained:
A red mask on a performance means it has been verified — by Operabase's research team or by the producing organisation. Red-mask performances appear in the Casting Tool and in searches.
A grey mask means we have not yet been able to verify the credit; it still shows on your own profile.
Performances entered or confirmed by the producing organisation are verified at source and do not need anything from you. Our team continuously researches evidence and upgrades grey masks to red as sources are confirmed.
